Remote Payroll and Benefits Manager

Job Summary

A women’s healthcare company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Payroll and Benefits Manager.

Must be able to:

• Be responsible for payroll administration, maintain & update payroll database system
• Work closely with the Finance to ensure timely and accurate payments of salaries, bonuses, etc
• Process, review and balance semi-monthly and bi-weekly payroll

Required Skills:

• Ability to offer high levels of support to our staff
• Experience managing the payroll function for exempt and nonexempt employees
• Ability and willingness to work cross functionally across the organization
• Ability to communicate with employees at all levels of the organization with a high level of clarity
