Job Summary
An education-focused data analytics company is seeking a Remote Payroll and Benefits Specialist.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Analyzing, preparing, and inputting payroll data
- Performing all necessary activities to process payroll
- Serving as primary point of contact for plan vendors and third party administrators
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 2-3 years processing payroll and benefits administration
- Working knowledge of national payroll, employee benefit policies, procedures, and reporting requirements
- Knowledge of all relevant payroll, employment, and income tax laws, regulations and operating guidelines
- Ability to accurately perform data entry
- Ability to formulate, process, and generate computerized reports
- Experience with payroll systems such as Gusto, Paylocity, Paycom, Paycheck. ADP
