Job Summary

A financial services company is filling a position for a Remote Payroll and Benefits Specialist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Working on system conversions and implementations related to payroll and time and attendance
  • Conducting audits of payroll, benefits or other HR programs and recommends corrective action
  • Serving as the primary resource for employees on and off site relating to HR, payroll and benefits

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 4-6 years of HR/payroll experience required
  • 4-6 years of Recruitment experience required
  • Experience in providing quality customer service required
  • ADP, PayChex, Paycom, Paylocity, Paycor, and Kronos Experience required
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) required
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field
