Job Summary
A financial services company is filling a position for a Remote Payroll and Benefits Specialist.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Working on system conversions and implementations related to payroll and time and attendance
- Conducting audits of payroll, benefits or other HR programs and recommends corrective action
- Serving as the primary resource for employees on and off site relating to HR, payroll and benefits
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 4-6 years of HR/payroll experience required
- 4-6 years of Recruitment experience required
- Experience in providing quality customer service required
- ADP, PayChex, Paycom, Paylocity, Paycor, and Kronos Experience required
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) required
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field
