Job Summary
An enterprise payroll and accounting software firm has an open position for a Remote Payroll and Human Resources Product Management Analyst.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Discover, define, and translate customer needs into a prioritized product backlog
- Drive the creation, and completion, of User Stories
- Act as a primary point of contact (in Payroll and HR functional areas) to triage any escalated issues
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 3+ years of Business / Product Analyst experience or equivalent
- Previous experience collaborating with others to refine project, process, and or application needs
- Great understanding of the Payroll workflow and associated requirements pertaining to HR service providers
- Experience working in an Agile environment
- Understand and have previous experience with HR platforms and core functionality
- Ability to contribute and supervise various Agile Scrum rituals
