Job Summary

A business software developer is filling a position for a Remote Payroll and WFM HRIS Analyst.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Assessing how systems or business applications meet the usability criteria of an end user or customer
  • Configuring, helping and optimizing the design, development and performance of our HRIS and other People systems and processes
  • Maintaining direct contact with key stakeholders, working with them to create and document processes to improve workflows and minimize points of friction

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years’ experience in an information system or HRIS organization
  • Required Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Human Resources Management, Business Management, or related degree field
  • 2+ years' experience in process and technical and/or design documentation required
  • Advanced skills in the following areas: SQL, Crystal reports, Access, Word, Excel, HRIS systems
  • Strong customer service, problem solving, project management and communication skills required
  • Strong level of personal organization and time management skills
