Job Summary
A software company is filling a position for a Remote Payroll Compliance Analyst.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Researching payroll compliance issues raised by clients
- Proactively tracking payroll tax regulatory changes at federal, state and local level
- Finding solutions to payroll compliance issues
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s degree or related experience
- 5+ years of experience with multi-state payroll compliance issues
- In-depth experience with and clear understanding of federal, state and local tax laws
- Ability to understand complex regulatory changes
- Good understanding of how SaaS platforms and payroll product management works
