Job Summary

A staffing and recruiting agency has an open position for a Remote Payroll Coordinator.

Must be able to:

  • Ensure accurate/timely payroll processing
  • Maintain operational standards and adhere to department policies
  • Conduct evaluation and auditing of new hires, deductions, net wages, paid time off, etc

Required Skills:

  • Associates Degree and 3-5 years’ experience in multi-state payroll processing
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and Word
  • Highly motivated, able to meet tight deadlines and work well under pressure
  • Maintain professional knowledge of all payroll legislative changes
