Job Summary

An entertainment payroll and business services company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Payroll Coordinator.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Work directly with clients to manage payroll processing
  • Enter payroll data into the company's payroll processing software while ensuring accuracy
  • Perform administrative duties related to the processing of payroll, including verifying employment history, reporting, etc

Required Skills:

  • Driven, friendly, approachable attitude
  • Accurate and acute attention to detail
  • 2-3 years of experience in Payroll OR Production Accounting
  • Experience in the Film/TV industry
  • The ability to deal with high volumes and work under pressure
  • Tenacious, look for the solution not just be task oriented
