Job Summary
An entertainment payroll and business services company is filling a position for a Remote Payroll Coordinator.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Work directly with clients to manage payroll processing
- Enter payroll data into company's payroll processing software while ensuring accuracy
- Perform administrative duties related to the processing of payroll, including verifying employment history, reporting, unemployment processing, filing and detailed record keeping
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 2-3 years of experience in Payroll OR Production Accounting
- Experience in the Film/TV industry
- Ability to deal with high volumes and work under pressure
- Demonstrated accurate and acute attention to detail
- Ability to look for the solution and not just be task oriented
- Proven assertiveness skills with a strong client focus
