Job Summary

An accounting firm is in need of a Remote Payroll Coordinator.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Processing and “owning” the payroll function for clients
  • Reviewing data for completeness and initiates corrections as needed
  • Analyzing, processing and monitoring payroll and payroll-related transactions

Required Skills:

  • Minimum 2 years of related payroll experience working with at least 100 clients/employees
  • Must have a business license and insurance (by start date)
  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to quickly learn new payroll systems
