An industry-leading human capital management technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Payroll Customer Support Representative in Tampa.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Maintaining a high rate of client retention through superior customer service
- Establishing and maintaining a positive working relationship with clients and coworkers
- Researching and resolving payroll and Human Capital Management related questions
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Experience in payroll and customer service with a high call volume
- Strong computer aptitude
- Expertise with Microsoft Excel
- Experience with payroll and Human Capital Management platforms
- Ability to analyze data with particular attention to detail
- Excellent written, oral, and communication skills
