Job Summary

A software technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Payroll Implementation Advisor.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Providing technical applications support to internal consultants
  • Creating technical documentation and job aids
  • Providing significant transfer of product knowledge to clients

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of work experience in a SaaS environment
  • 2 years of experience implementing Workforce Ready (WFR) solutions, specifically Payroll
  • Consulting/customer interface experience
  • Ability to manage specific tasks to completion with minimal direction
  • Solid interpersonal skills to interface with co-workers and customers
  • Ability to collaborate with clients and identify engagement follow-up opportunities
