Job Summary
A software development company is filling a position for a Remote Payroll Implementation Specialist.
Must be able to:
- Respond to payroll support inquiries
- Develop and maintain necessary training
- Seek and share feedback to achieve the best solutions to the work at hand
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Excel skills (imports, exports and data formatting)
- 2-5+ years experience with payroll implementation (onboarding and support)
- Strong expertise in troubleshooting any payroll-related customer inquiries
- Strong project management ability and eagerness to learn new skills
- Fundamental knowledge of payroll administration, payroll audit, and the application of best practice payroll processes
