Job Summary
A provider of enterprise cloud applications is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Payroll Instructional Designer.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Designing and developing instructionally sound learning materials
- Defining course requirements, learning objectives, and course deliverables
- Becoming a subject matter expert, a resource, and a mentor
Qualifications for this position include:
- Advanced knowledge in Workday Payroll
- Experience in the payroll industry and understanding of company roles and responsibilities
- Experience implementing Workday Payroll including data loading and the calculation engine
- Proficient with database logic and strong technical skills
- 3-5 years of experience in instructional design or curriculum development
- 3-5 years of experience designing and developing training for software systems
