Key Responsibilities

• Own the full payroll process for all full-time hires globally
• Manage bi-weekly and monthly pay cycles, addressing any edge cases that arise
• Oversee EOR relationships and ensure compliance with payroll regulations in multiple countries

Required Qualifications

• Experience managing payroll in a remote company, preferably with tools like Deel, Rippling, or Remote.com
• Familiarity with US payroll and payroll processes in at least one EU country
• Ability to handle payroll inquiries from team members effectively
• Experience setting up payroll in a new country is a plus
• Background in designing or administering commission plans is beneficial
