Job Summary

An electronics engineering and manufacturing company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Payroll Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Overseeing the payroll process for the purpose of delivering accurate payroll services, payments, and filings
• Ensuring all payrolls within designation are accurately and timely processed within the agreed SLAs
• Maintaining a wide variety of payroll information, files, and records in written and electronic formats

Required Skills:

• Knowledge of Payroll and Talent solutions (ADP/SuccessFactors), as well as an excellent understanding of payroll related taxes
• Knowledge of payroll audits and year-end tax processes
• Analyze, develop and implement resource plans and sustainable backup planning to meet agreed SLAs and business targets
• Strong analytical skills
