Job Summary

A software company is in need of a Remote Payroll Manager.

Must be able to:

  • Process bi-weekly and semi-monthly payroll
  • Review and audit employee voluntary deductions
  • Manage the workflow of payroll data processing

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 8 plus years of payroll experience with multi-state and international payroll
  • Advanced skills in Excel
  • Advanced experience using payroll systems such as ADP, etc a must
  • Prior startup/high-growth company experience
  • Understanding federal and state wage and hour laws
  • Experience with enterprise-level accounting systems, NetSuite or similar
