Job Summary

A managed healthcare and benefits company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Payroll Operations Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Oversee Payroll operations
  • Lead team to ensure accurate and timely payments
  • Work with internal stakeholders and represent payroll on special projects

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business, or equivalent education and experience
  • 8+ years in payroll or in related field
  • Understand state, federal, and local payroll tax and Wage and Hour laws
  • Experience working with ERP software
  • Experience in large size payroll
