Job Summary
A manufacturer and marketer of consumer and professional products is in need of a Remote Payroll Operations Senior Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Overseeing end-to-end bi-weekly payroll processing
- Managing effective relationships with payroll vendors
- Leading, managing, developing and training a department of 7-8 with 4 direct reports
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 15+ years of relevant payroll experience with minimum of 5 years of management experience
- Experience in payroll operations management
- Extensive experience working with 3rd party payroll service provider
- Exceptional people management and leadership skills
- Understanding of applicable Federal, State, and local payroll and related tax laws
- Experience in general ledger accounting
