Job Summary

A provider of human resources services is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Payroll Service Delivery Lead.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Developing and maintaining an accurate and timely method of reporting payroll data
• Administering, modifying and enforcing the payroll processing schedule
• Monitoring reconciliation of garnishments, tax levies, general deductions, and payroll-related employment inquiries

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources Management, or related field
• Strong fluency in English
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Human Resources Business Partner or as a Payroll Manager for different countries in the Americas region
• Professional Human Resources and/or multi-national HR & Payroll Implementation experience required
• Proven project management or other relevant experience
