Job Summary
A computer software company is seeking a Remote Payroll Specialist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Processing biweekly & semi-monthly payroll for all divisions of the Company, adhering to all submission deadlines
- Ensuring accuracy in time keeping, pay rates, tax withholdings, and processing of various types of compensation
- Documenting all payroll processes and maintain documentation for business continuity
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Must have 5 + years of payroll experience
- SaaS or Technology industry experience is a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills: the ability to build relationships, a good listener with outstanding interpersonal influencing qualities, and a natural, effective consultative style
- Ability to effectively operate in a fast-paced team environment, manage competing priorities, and adhere to tight deadlines
- Detailed oriented with a Can-do positive approach
