Job Summary

A financial services and technology company has a current position open for a Remote Payroll Specialist.

Must be able to:

• Prepare and process multiple payrolls for employees
• Work with third parties to research and resolve tax withholding
• Import payroll files into our benefit vendors’ systems

Qualifications Include:

• 3+ years of experience administering payroll
• Practical knowledge of ADP Workforce Now a must
• Knowledge of Federal and State and local payroll tax regulations
• Strong computer literacy including Microsoft Office and Google applications
• Good understanding of the common fiscal procedures
