Job Summary

An online social gaming network has an open position for a Remote Payroll Specialist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Monitoring Payroll inbox and reply to payroll-related inquiries
  • Processing new hires, terminations in ADP PayForce and WFN
  • Assisting in the preparation and processing of semi-monthly; bi-weekly payrolls

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Knowledge of state and federal wage and tax laws and overtime requirements
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of payroll processing experience for a multi-state employer with multiple offices
  • Proficient in Excel, Word and Outlook
