Job Summary
An animal hospitals and pet resorts company is filling a position for a Remote Payroll Specialist.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Collecting, calculating, entering, auditing, and distributing various timekeeping, HR, and payroll data forms, fields, or amounts
- Owning and managing recurring payroll processes of low to moderate complexity and/or risk
- Supporting the intake, assigning, research, and resolution of general payroll and timekeeping inquiries
Qualifications for this position include:
- 2+ years of experience in US payroll for large sized companies
- Associate's or bachelor's degree in related fields
- Physically able to work at a desk in a typical office environment
- Proficient with Windows PC and Microsoft Office products
- Able to adapt to changing priorities
- Able to communicate with professionals at all levels
