A software development company is seeking a Remote Payroll Specialist.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Providing assistance and back up to the Payroll Manager
- Running ad hoc reports for various departments and business needs
- Updating payroll records during each payroll cycle
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Associates degree preferred, plus a minimum of 4 years of Payroll experience
- Knowledge of and experience with HRIS software
- Knowledge of human resources concepts, practices, policies, and procedures
- Proficient in MS Office and Excel
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Ability to gather data, compile information, and prepare reports
