Job Summary

A software development company is seeking a Remote Payroll Specialist.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Providing assistance and back up to the Payroll Manager
• Running ad hoc reports for various departments and business needs
• Updating payroll records during each payroll cycle

Skills and Requirements Include:

• Associates degree preferred, plus a minimum of 4 years of Payroll experience
• Knowledge of and experience with HRIS software
• Knowledge of human resources concepts, practices, policies, and procedures
• Proficient in MS Office and Excel
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
• Ability to gather data, compile information, and prepare reports
