Job Summary
A healthcare manufacturer is in need of a Remote Payroll Specialist.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Maintaining payroll information by maintaining systems
- Preparing reports by compiling summaries of earnings
- Assisting with balancing the General Ledger payroll accounts
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Ability to travel for business related events/meetings
- 4-6 years of experience in Payroll with a multi-state, mid-size Company with greater than 1000 associates
- Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook and Power Point
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Ability to present to diverse groups on payroll topics
