Job Summary

A healthcare manufacturer is in need of a Remote Payroll Specialist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

Maintaining payroll information by maintaining systems
Preparing reports by compiling summaries of earnings
Assisting with balancing the General Ledger payroll accounts

Skills and Requirements Include:

Ability to travel for business related events/meetings
4-6 years of experience in Payroll with a multi-state, mid-size Company with greater than 1000 associates
Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook and Power Point
Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
Ability to present to diverse groups on payroll topics
