Job Summary

An accounting and bookkeeping outsourcing provider has a current position open for a Remote Payroll Specialist in Portsmouth.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Managing the payroll administration needs of our clients
  • Supporting multiple clients on varying payroll frequencies - weekly, bi-weekly, semi-monthly and monthly
  • Managing day to day payroll administration, respond to employee issues

Qualifications Include:

  • Able to work from home most days
  • Experience managing payroll and benefits for small businesses
  • Experience with multiple payroll, benefits and HRIS platforms - especially with ADP Run
  • Have some general HR knowledge
  • Computer and systems savvy and love learning new technologies
