Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Licensed Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inbound calls regarding personal lines policies
• Retain policyholders by addressing inquiries about canceling auto policies through effective communication
• Process policyholder transactions accurately and interpret policy contracts based on knowledge of personal lines auto products

Required Qualifications

• Active P&C Producers insurance license is required
• Associates degree or 1+ year of insurance experience preferred
• 2 years'+ related customer service experience is required
• Ability to review, record, and organize written data from various sources is essential
• Excellent interpersonal skills are required
