Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Licensed Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide timely and accurate information and service to policyholders and agents
• Independently solve policy-related problems and escalate issues as necessary
• Identify and analyze customer policy needs to ensure satisfaction and retention

Required Qualifications

• Active P&C Producers insurance license is required
• Associates degree or 1+ year of insurance experience preferred
• 2 years or more of related customer service experience is required
• Ability to organize and review written data from various sources
