Job Summary

A company is looking for a PDR Intake Clerk.

Key Responsibilities
  • Open and review incoming Provider Dispute Resolution (PDR) documentation
  • Enter claim numbers into the DRT system and update the appropriate Issue Code
  • Route cases to the appropriate department and maintain daily productivity standards
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • Strong data entry and filing skills
  • Reliable attendance and ability to meet daily production goals
  • Basic computer skills required (typing, navigating multiple screens)
