Job Summary
A company is looking for a PDR Intake Clerk.
Key Responsibilities
- Open and review incoming Provider Dispute Resolution (PDR) documentation
- Enter claim numbers into the DRT system and update the appropriate Issue Code
- Route cases to the appropriate department and maintain daily productivity and accuracy standards
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Strong data entry and filing skills
- Basic computer skills required (typing, navigating multiple screens)
- Reliable attendance and ability to meet daily production goals
