Job Summary

A healthcare organization is seeking a Remote Pediatric Oncology RN Complex Case Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

Creating care plans to address members identified needs
Removing barriers to care
Identifying applicable resources

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

RN license in PA, WV, and DE
7+ years of any combination of clinical, case management or similar
Pediatric Experience and/or Oncology Pediatric Experience
