Remote Pediatrics and Adults Collaborative Care Behavioral Health Clinician

Job Summary

A healthcare company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Pediatrics and Adults Collaborative Care Behavioral Health Clinician.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Screening and assessing patients for common behavioral health and substance abuse disorders using PHQ9, GAD7, or other tools
• Using brief solution-focused and problem-solving check-ins typically ranging from 5 -20 minutes, by phone or video
• Documenting patient engagement and follow-up care in the EMR

Qualifications for this position include:

• Proficiency in evidence-based treatment approaches
• Experienced utilizing behavioral health tools
• Familiarity with brief, structured intervention techniques using evidenced-based techniques
• Active behavioral health professional license
• At least one year of post-graduate clinical work experience
• Experience working with both Pediatrics and Adults
