Job Summary
A healthcare provider has a current position open for a Remote Pediatrics Medical Coding Specialist I or II.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Resolving payer denials
- Utilizing available encoder, grouper software, and other coding resources to determine the appropriate ICD-10-CM, CPT, and/or HCPCS
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Certification required
- High School diploma or equivalent and a graduate of or currently enrolled in a Medical Coding Program
- Preferred - One-year direct coding experience
