Job Summary

A call center service provider is seeking a Remote Peer Support Supervisor in Albuquerque.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Supervising, developing, managing performance, and supporting a team of our Peer Support Specialists
• Overseeing operations in real time
• Moving fluidly between duties such as answering staff questions, providing coaching and managing breaks

Qualifications for this position include:

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent is required
• Current Certification of Peer Support Workers (CPSW) by the State of New Mexico or equivalent in another state
• Minimum of 2 years experience working with individuals who have addiction or behavioral health issues, required
• Experience in a role supervising others
• Knowledge of warmline principles and practices
• Experience working in peer led services
