Job Summary

A health services company is seeking a Remote Peer to Peer Appeals Coordinator.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Calingl payers to schedule Peer to Peer calls with Versalus Health Medical Directors
• Documenting information from payer call in company proprietary system
• Entering account status into multiple databases

Required Skills:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Call center experienced preferred
• Required to keep all client and sensitive information confidential
• Strict adherence to HIPAA/HITECH compliance
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel
• Prior experience of accessing hospital EMR’s and Payer Portals preferred
