Job Summary

A health services company is seeking a Remote Peer to Peer Appeals Coordinator.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

Calingl payers to schedule Peer to Peer calls with Versalus Health Medical Directors
Documenting information from payer call in company proprietary system
Entering account status into multiple databases

Required Skills:

High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
Call center experienced preferred
Required to keep all client and sensitive information confidential
Strict adherence to HIPAA/HITECH compliance
Proficient in MS Word and Excel
Prior experience of accessing hospital EMR’s and Payer Portals preferred
