Job Summary
A nonprofit organization is seeking a Remote Peer to Peer Fundraising Development Manager in Chicago.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Identifying new supporters in your markets and convert them into sponsors, teams and/or fundraisers
- Converting leads acquired through the organization’s outreach efforts in your markets
- Growing existing relationships of supporters in your markets
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Travel will be required several times a year
- An unparalleled commitment to raising awareness for drug and alcohol addiction in America
- Three or more years of professional experience in empowering individuals
- Excellent public speaking skills
- Demonstrated experience recruiting individuals to support an organization
- Demonstrated ability to mobilize and motivate individuals to achieve goals
