An IT services provider is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Pega Practice Lead in Austin.

• Leading a team of Developers creating accelerators to speed delivery and improve quality for clients
• Supporting pursuit of any new efforts

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or any equivalent discipline is required
• A minimum of 5+ years of relevant industry experience is required
• 5+ years of Pega experience, Pega Lead System Architect or Pega Senior System Architect
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Proven track record of being a team player focused on building and growing people
• Ability to communicate effectively across teams both internally and externally, especially at the C-suite level
