Job Summary
A staffing agency is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Pension Benefits Assistant Director in Fairfax.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Overseeing the Pension Department
- Providing leadership to ensure accurate records are kept on all participants
- Ensuring benefits are calculated correctly and in accordance with the Plan Document and applicable law
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Opportunity for one day per week remote
- BS degree with five years’ experience administering a multi-employer, Taft-Hartley, defined benefit pension fund
- Or, 10 years’ experience in a similar role in lieu of a formal degree
- Experience managing collectively bargained staff.
- Proven track record of exceptional performance in providing professional customer service
