Job Summary

A healthcare and retail pharmacy company is in need of a Remote PEO Growth Strategy Leader.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Define and deliver on PEO growth strategy and distribution channel optimization across geographies
  • Provide strategic direction, leadership, and support to PEO sales and service staff
  • Deepen penetration and cross-sell across all product lines including specialty, pharmacy, and non-insurance offerings

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent
  • Minimum 5-10 years of Benefits Industry expertise
  • Minimum 10 years of Sales or Sales Leadership experience in Healthcare (Broker or Carrier side)
  • Great team player. Ability to navigate the organization and recognize potential growth opportunities and risk for the business
  • Willing to strategize and execute on the overall business plan
  • Able to represent the business and requirements of the business both internally and externally
