Job Summary
A healthcare and retail pharmacy company is in need of a Remote PEO Growth Strategy Leader.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Define and deliver on PEO growth strategy and distribution channel optimization across geographies
- Provide strategic direction, leadership, and support to PEO sales and service staff
- Deepen penetration and cross-sell across all product lines including specialty, pharmacy, and non-insurance offerings
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent
- Minimum 5-10 years of Benefits Industry expertise
- Minimum 10 years of Sales or Sales Leadership experience in Healthcare (Broker or Carrier side)
- Great team player. Ability to navigate the organization and recognize potential growth opportunities and risk for the business
- Willing to strategize and execute on the overall business plan
- Able to represent the business and requirements of the business both internally and externally
