Job Summary
A software developer that created tools that allow users to host video calls over the internet is seeking a Remote People Analytics and Reporting Senior Product Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Owning and driving the roadmap for all of the delivered content in People Analytics and developing the strategy and architecture for all analytics and reporting
- Working with other Workday Product Managers on research and design initiatives
- Leveraging your expertise on how best to visualize data and tell a story
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 5+ years Product Management experience in enterprise software
- Solid understanding of and experience working in the HR/People Analytics space
- Demonstrated communication skills for collaborating with a wide set of interdependent teams
- Proven data analysis / BI skills for building and analyzing infrastructure monitoring dashboards
- Demonstrated strong understanding of design thinking and product development process
- Experience in one or more of the following functional areas: HR staffing, diversity, compensation, talent, learning and recruiting
