Job Summary

A health solutions provider is in need of a Remote People Analytics Data Scientist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Collecting, collating and cleaning data form across the Human Capital Solutions business
  • Developing codes and processes to simplify data processing and data matching
  • Working with Consultants and participate in client engagements focused on Advanced Business Analytics

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Masters/Ph.D. in IO Psychology, Management Sciences, Economics, Statistics, or similar fields
  • 3-6 years’ experience in a role running quantitative analytics “in the real world”
  • Proficient in applying advanced analytical techniques to large and varied data sets
  • Proficient with programming languages supported by a big data platform
  • Creative problem-solving ability, working in ambiguous situations
  • Flair for storytelling based on actionable insights drawn from raw data
