Job Summary

A retailer specializing in home improvement products is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote People Analytics Lead Analyst.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Establishing and maintaining key relationships with HRBP
  • Using data and analytics to consult, problem solve, and strategize methods for improvement
  • Effectively communicating, visualizing, and providing actionable insights

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s in related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • 6 years related experience (fewer years may be accepted with a Masters or Doctorate degree)
  • 5 years of experience presenting/communicating analytics results to business partners
  • 4 years of experience using enterprise-grade data visualization tools
  • Experience using analytic tools (e.g., Python, SQL, PowerBI)
  • 3 years of experience working with Enterprise level databases
