Job Summary

A health insurance and wellness company has an open position for a Remote People Analytics Lead Data Scientist .

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Developing, maintaining and collecting structured and unstructured data sets for analysis and reporting
  • Creating reports, projections, models and presentations to support business strategy and tactics
  • Working directly with senior executives to develop and drive segment or enterprise-wide functional strategies

Qualifications Include:

  • Master's degree and 4 or more years of experience in data analytics
  • 2 or more years project and/or people leadership experience
  • Experience in using mathematics, statistics, modeling, business analysis, and technology
  • Advanced proficiency in programming languages like SQL, Python, R, SAS, SPSS, etc
  • Innovative thinker who can provide strategic advice and guidance to functional teams
  • Develop, maintain, and collect structured and unstructured data sets for analysis and reporting
