Job Summary

A design, development, and manufacturing company is in need of a Remote People Analytics Product and Technology Director.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Support the design of People Analytics products
  • Lead the Enterprise Solutions and Data Foundation teams
  • Lead the Data Governance & Privacy function

Position Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor's degree or suitable combination of experience, training and education
  • 10+ years’ work experience in a strategic or analytical role
  • Experience leading collaborative, multi-functional projects
  • Experience working closely with executives and driving results with teammates at all levels
  • Experience identifying, designing, implementing and maintaining business processes
  • Experience managing a varied portfolio of projects and partners
