Job Summary
A global marketplace has an open position for a Remote People Analytics Senior Analyst.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Identify, analyze and interpret trends or patterns in disparate data sets from different sources
- Translate data analysis and insight into the most appropriate medium for different audiences
- Partner and support across all areas of the People Team, from Talent Acquisition to HR Operations
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 3+ years of HR reporting and analytics experience ideally with experience coming from a fast-growing company
- Proficiency in manipulating, storing, and reporting on data via Excel and/or SQL
- Experience working with data from disparate sources, and recognize common challenges when trying to transform data
- Proficiency R or Python for use in data analysis/data visualization
- Proficiency in data visualization skills using Looker, Tableau or a similar tooling
- Experience using data and derived insights to construct a narrative and tell a story
