Job Summary
A platform that powers membership services for creators is in need of a Remote People and Communities Senior Program Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Drive projects from initiation to closure, including scope, tracking, and measurement of deliverables
- Monitor progress of initiatives and work collaboratively with key stakeholders to ensure deadlines are met
- Support People and Communities Leadership in change management and effective implementation of processes
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Prior experience in program and project management
- Working knowledge of Human Resources processes, systems, and best-practices
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
- Ability to drive best practices, partner on solutions, and move the organizations forward
- Develop program assessment protocols for evaluation and improvement
- Work with other program managers to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects
