Job Summary
A delivery order platform for the restaurant industry has an open position for a Remote People and Culture Business Partner.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Be a trusted strategic partner for business leaders and a key point of contact for employees within the Customer Success department.
- Coach and advise leaders and managers through challenges
- Build trust and develop meaningful relationships
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 5+ years of HR experience, ideally in a high-growth organization
- Experience strategically partnering with department heads or senior leadership
- Solution-focused thinking, empathy, strong judgement, and decision making skills
- Organizational development experience supporting team effectiveness, coaching, and culture
- Experience building relationships at all levels of an organization
