Job Summary

A privately-held publishing company is filling a position for a Remote People and Culture Director.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Leading recruiting initiatives across the organization
  • Overseeing all employee lifecycle processes from new hire to termination

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • 7 – 10 years of human resources experience
  • 2+ years of director level management experience
  • Demonstrates integrity, tact, diplomacy and a commitment to company values and HR principles
  • Must be able to multi-task and prioritize in a deadline-oriented environment
  • Experience with recruiting and HR management tools
  • Proficiency in Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides
