Job Summary

A staffing agency has an open position for a Remote People and Culture Generalist.

Must be able to:

  • Provide day to day people support to business units
  • Partner with business leaders to understand business and help drive employee engagement
  • Support in coaching and advise managers on employee relations

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 4+ years of HR Business Partner experience is ideal
  • One to two years of experience in the HR field and any other degree, or any similar combination of education and experience
  • Exceptional client facing abilities
